What is your refund policy?
We want you to be pleased with your Poppy’s Naturally Clean products and the other products that we offer for purchase. So, if you are not satisfied with your purchase on www.poppysnaturallyclean.com – for whatever reasons – we will gladly exchange the item(s) or refund your money. Simply return the item(s) to us within 30 DAYS and we will promptly reship your order or provide you with a refund. Please be specific as to which option you prefer. *If you have used more than half of the contents of the product, or the item shows excessive wear and tear from use, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange at that point.

How do I request a refund?
To obtain a refund for products purchased on poppysnaturallyclean.com, please e-mail our Customer Service Department with your request for an exchange or refund within 30 DAYS of your original purchase. Please include the invoice number in the e-mail, along with the SKU number of the product(s). Or to request a refund or exchange by phone, call (877) 676-7797 Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (PST).

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel you order, please contact our Customer Service Department at (877) 676-7797 Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (PST). This needs to be done before 11:00 am (PST) on the day you placed your order. We will make every effort to cancel your order provided that it has not entered the shipping process.

When will I recieve the credit?
If your are returning products, a refund credit will be calculated and a check will be mailed to you within 2 business days upon receipt of the returned products.

What are your customer service hours?
We are open Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (PST). We are closed on weekends.
