How do you calculate shipping charges?
We calculate shipping by weight and destination. The rate you will be charged also includes a $2.00 handling fee per order.

Can I get my order RUSH delivered?
Yes. Let us know of this request through an e-mail or by calling our Customer Service department at (877) 676-7797 Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (PST). Your Order will be shipped via Fed Ex and will arrive the next day. Extra shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order. You will be notified of the total cost via e-mail. You will need to confirm this amount is acceptable prior to shipping of your order.

Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.

For international orders, we will need to calculate the shipping rates and tariffs. You will be notified of the total cost via e-mail. You will need to confirm this amount is acceptable prior to shipping of your order.

Can I change my shipping address?
Please notify us of this change within 8 hours of placing the original order. E-mail or call our Customer Service department at (877) 676-7797 Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5 pm (PST).

When will I receive my order?
The total shipping time for your order is our turnaround time plus the time in transit. We strive for a 24 hour turnaround upon receipt of payment but during busy times it can be as much as 3-4 days. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on the following Monday or Tuesday in the order received.

When will my back order ship?
Although we try to maintain inventory of all products, occasionally we run short and it results in a back order. Normally, the product will become available in a few days. You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as the product ships.

How do I handle damaged or missing items from my order?
For any damaged shipment, please call us within one week of receipt and we will gladly handle all of the claim paperwork and help to get you a refund or replacement.

Be sure to double-check your shipping address! If a package is sent out to an incorrect address and is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.
